The OneAccess Extranet offers authenticated Customers and Partners online Information and Support tools. If you haven't yet an account and you think you are eligible for it, select 'Create new account' in the left menu. Your request will be validated and if accepted you will receive your account details.
In the weekend of 27-28 February there has been an upgrade of the Extranet.
If your browser remained open during the weekend, you may need to logout and login again to use the Extranet correctly again.
There is an updated version available for the TMA engine.
The newest version is revision 51 and your free copy is available here (2.5MB).

Don't forget to install the Model Files (92MB) as well when you are installing TMA for the first time on your pc.

In order to improve the service to our customers, OneAccess launches a new Extranet which merges the former 'OnTrack' and 'Product Database' Extranets. On this new Extranet the new customer support tool TAC (Technical Assistence Center) combines and improves the possibilities offered by the former BugTracker and Support Forum applications.
