Welcome to the OneAccess Extranet

The OneAccess Extranet offers authenticated Customers and Partners online Information and Support tools. If you haven't yet an account and you think you are eligible for it, select 'Create new account' in the left menu. Your request will be validated and if accepted you will receive your account details.
This new extranet combines the applications of the former OneAccess extranets 'OnTrack' and 'Product database' on a single platform. The Technical Assistance Center (TAC) replaces the former BugTracker and Support Forum applications.
New tickets get a unique number starting from 30000. Tickets migrated from the former Support Forum application start with the letter 'T' before the number followed by 5 digits including leading zeroes. Tickets migrated from the former OnTrack application start with the letter 'O' followed by 5 digits including leading zeroes. Some examples:

  • OnTrack TF 4567 is now Ticket O04567
  • OnTrack TF17890 is now Ticket O17890
  • Support Forum thread 4234 is now Ticket T04234
  • 30123 is the Id of a new Ticket

You should use the exactly this number to find back a Ticket.
To use the TAC, you should use either the Internet Explorer or the Firefox browser in a released version for an optimal view. If you have the pop-up blocker enabled on your browser, you need to disable it for this site as an exception, otherwise some functions of the TAC and PR applications will not work.
If you are experiencing a long response time when using Internet Explorer, you can improve it by using the Firefox browser.
