The new Extranet goes live on July 6th 2009

In order to improve the service to our customers, OneAccess launches a new Extranet which merges the former 'OnTrack' and 'Product Database' Extranets. On this new Extranet the new customer support tool TAC (Technical Assistence Center) combines and improves the possibilities offered by the former BugTracker and Support Forum applications. New features in the TAC include:

  • Customised filters can be stored, reloaded and set as default filter
  • The filter window can be hidden for full screen width view of the Tickets
  • Switch easily between the Ticket overview page and Ticket detail pages using tabs
  • You can customise the Ticket parameters in the overview page, store and reload these views and set as default view
  • The expand option on the overview page shows the Ticket details on the same page
  • The complete history of all changes to a Ticket is listed at the end of the Ticket
  • You can customise when you want to receive a trigger by e-mail of changes in a Ticket
  • You can customise the number of Tickets per page in the overview

The following applications are available on the new Extranet:

  • TAC: Technical Assistance Center: Customers and partners can log here technical questions and issues on the OneAccess products. OneAccess CSO (Customer Service Organisation) treats these requests.
  • Product Info: contains product related documents including datasheets, presentations, manuals, software, certificates...
  • Product Selector and Configurator: the Product Selector looks up which products match the entered product requirements and lists the possible solutions in the OneAccess portfolio. The Product Configurator lists the order codes for a given product with its requirements (e.g. type of interfaces...)
  • My Software: contains customer specific software versions for ONE products
  • Release Notes: This application contains release notes of a part of the products.
  • RMA: Return Merchandize Authorization is the procedure to have units repaired.

Important note: former users of OnTrack or the Product Database keep their login and passwords for the new Extranet.
